Danny was absolutely fantastic to work with. After talking to 2 other top realtors in Santa Clarita and describing my plan to update areas of my home vital to selling, Danny agreed with my assessment and said our asking price could be better than the other realtors who wanted to list “as is” for way less, even though I told them that homes with no updates tended to sit for months in my neighborhood and my goal was to avoid carrying costs and sell quickly. Danny had my home up with a wonderful description, an open house, and sold my home in 1 weekend for $10k over ask! Danny was just person we needed for our sale. -
